Service & Delivery Policy
Anasi Bai Temple Trust provides religious and charitable services. Since our services are primarily spiritual and philanthropic in nature, the following terms apply to the delivery of these services:
1. Nature of Services
The services offered on this website include the acceptance of voluntary donations (Daan) and the booking of religious rituals (Sevas/Pujas) to be performed at the temple premises.
2. Digital Delivery (Receipts)
- Donation Receipts: Upon a successful transaction, a digital receipt will be generated automatically and sent to your registered email address immediately.
- Tax Certificates: If your donation is eligible for tax exemption (such as 80G), the formal certificate will be sent via email within 15-30 working days after the end of the financial quarter or as per the Trust's administrative cycle.
3. Fulfillment of Sevas/Pujas
- Performance: Sevas or Pujas booked online will be performed on the specific date selected by the devotee or the next auspicious date as per the temple calendar.
- Physical Presence: Unless otherwise stated, the devotee’s physical presence is not mandatory for Sevas booked online. The ritual will be performed in the name and Gotra provided during the booking process.
4. Shipping of Prasad (If Applicable)
Currently, Anasi Bai Temple Trust does not ship physical Prasad or items via courier. All religious services are performed within the temple premises. If we introduce Prasad shipping in the future, it will be delivered via reputed Indian courier partners within 7-10 working days of the Seva performance.
5. Service Disruption
In case of temple closure, government restrictions, or natural calamities, any scheduled Seva may be postponed. We will notify the devotee via email or SMS regarding the new date of performance.
