Refund Policy

At Anasi Bai Temple Trust, we are grateful for your support through donations and Seva bookings. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully before making a contribution.

1. No Refunds for Donations

Since all contributions made through this website are in the nature of voluntary donations for religious and charitable purposes, donations once made cannot be refunded, cancelled, or transferred. We advise donors to double-check the amount before confirming the transaction.

2. Duplicate or Technical Errors

In the event that a technical error occurs—such as a duplicate deduction or a transaction that failed but was still charged to your account—we will review the case. You must notify us within 7 working days of the transaction.

• Please email info@anasibainadol.org with your transaction ID, date, and proof of deduction.
• Once verified, the refund will be initiated via the original payment method (Razorpay).

3. Seva & Puja Cancellations

For specific Seva or Puja bookings:

• If the Trust is unable to perform a booked Seva due to temple-related restrictions or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule the Seva to a later date.
• Refunds for Seva bookings are only issued under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Trust management.

4. Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 7 to 10 working days, as per the standard bank and payment gateway procedures.

5. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation (subscription) and wish to cancel it, you may do so at any time through your user dashboard or by contacting us at least 3 days before the next scheduled payment.
